Professional Wood-Burning Ovens

PEVA’s professional wood-burning ovens are studied for the cooking of any type of food through a heating system with indirect fire, this means that the cooking chamber is separated from the combustion chamber. This system avoids food coming into contact with smoke and ashes, preventing a contamination of the food and cost saving, using less wood. We have paid special attention to the choice of materials and the details.
